Panhead Big Bore Kit

Panhead big bore kit with 3-5/8" cylinders and matching complete Panhead heads.

This kit will fit 1970-1984 Shovelheads to convert to Panhead type, with overhead oiler system.

Kit includes 3-5/8" cylinder kit with cast pistons, head bolt set and rings. This complete Panhead head set comes with valves guides, spring valves and rocker arm assemblies.

*NOTE: Cases must be machined to accept 3-5/8" barrels. With 3.9" stroke gives 82 cubic inches. With 4-1/4" (stock 74") stroke gives 87.4 cubic inches. With stock 4-1/2" (80") stroke gives 93 cubic inches. *NOTE: Order Panhead valve covers, manifold, pan gaskets and pushrod covers separately. For installation of 3-5/8" cylinders after spigot holes have been enlarged. (See diagram for photos.)

**NOTE: Cases will require enlarging spigot hole for the larger 3-5/8" big bore barrels.

***NOTE: Heads are set up for external oil feed only, must be fed by cam cove ror cam chest.
