This 32E alternator kit includes a black 12 volt alternator, alternator, with a chrome end cover, black finned solid state regulator and a gear kit for Overhead Valve models.
Order mount bolts, as required, separately.
Mounting flange mount holes are for 1/4"-24 or 5/16"-24 mount screws. The generator/alternator body is drilled for 1/4"-242 and 5/16"x24 mounting.
Order correct screws from master list.
*NOTE: Can be installed on 1958-1969 FL or 1958-1985 XL models using 5/16" mount screws. Alternator unit includes a chrome end cover, there's a black restoration type available separately.
*NOTE: The finned regulator will have to be relocated from position of original relay on the right of the cam cover.
